1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and fomo7 ("fomo7," "we," "us," "the Platform") operating at fomo7.run. By accessing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through fomo7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by fomo7 including, but not limited to: cricket betting, PSL betting, jackpot slots, Teen Patti, fishing games, virtual sports, and all deposit and withdrawal facilities. Separate product-specific rules may also apply to individual games or betting markets — where they conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for the specific product in question.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use fomo7. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of use, including any updated version published by fomo7.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of fomo7 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of fomo7.
• You are using fomo7 voluntarily and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not using fomo7 in a professional capacity on behalf of an employer or organisation without appropriate authorisation.
• Your use of fomo7 does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you personally in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification Process

fomo7 is committed to preventing underage gambling. Age verification is conducted before any withdrawal is processed from a fomo7 account. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid Pakistani identity document — CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID — as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion.

Any fomo7 account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery. Any funds deposited to such an account will be returned to the original payment method. Any bets placed and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be voided in full.

3 Account Registration and Your Responsibilities

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one fomo7 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. If fomo7 detects that a single player holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings will be voided. Genuine deposits may be returned at fomo7's discretion following investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your fomo7 account. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If your contact details change, update them through your fomo7 account settings or contact support promptly.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fomo7 account password and login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. fomo7 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. Any activity carried out on your fomo7 account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to fomo7 support immediately upon becoming aware of it.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

fomo7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This is a standard anti-money laundering and responsible gaming measure. Common documents requested include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), proof of your registered mobile number, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the fomo7 Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fomo7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following PKR Rs payment methods available in Pakistan:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

All transactions on fomo7 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR Rs). fomo7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. There are no currency conversion charges applied by fomo7 on any transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit on fomo7 is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of withdrawal. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are also displayed in the Cashier and may vary based on your account verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals from verified fomo7 accounts to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day. fomo7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or where the account verification status is incomplete. Withdrawal requests above Rs 1,00,000 may be subject to a brief review period.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

fomo7 operates a policy of returning withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. For example, if you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be processed back to your Easypaisa account. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to protect players from fraud.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fomo7 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion Terms and Conditions displayed at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New fomo7 players may receive a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible for the welcome bonus, you must register a new account, complete the minimum qualifying deposit as specified in the current promotion, and opt in where required. The welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per device or IP address.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Not all bet types contribute equally — sports bets, casino games, and slots may contribute at different rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

fomo7 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using matched betting strategies on bonus funds, placing bets that exploit offer terms beyond their intended scope, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures. fomo7's determination in these matters is final.

5.5 Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry window. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically. Expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on fomo7 are subject to acceptance by fomo7. fomo7 reserves the right to decline any bet or part of a bet without giving a reason. In practice, bets are accepted automatically by the platform system; however, fomo7 may void bets after acceptance if they were placed following a system error, manifest pricing error, or if the bet conflicts with applicable rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake for sports bets on fomo7 is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account history and are displayed in the bet slip when a selection is added. fomo7 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts that have demonstrated unusual or high-risk betting patterns.

6.3 Market Settlement

All cricket and sports betting markets on fomo7 are settled in accordance with the settlement rules published for each market type. Settlement rules are visible in the market information panel before you place a bet. fomo7 does not change settlement rules retrospectively after a bet has been placed. Where a match is abandoned, rained off, or otherwise incomplete, settlement follows the published rules for the specific market type — which may result in bets being voided and stakes returned, or settled on the result at the point of abandonment.

6.4 Manifest Errors

If a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect odds price, a system malfunction, or a data feed error — fomo7 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. fomo7 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly. A manifest error is one that any reasonable person would recognise as clearly wrong, such as an odds price of 100.0 on a heavy favourite.

6.5 Live Betting

In-play live betting markets are updated continuously on fomo7. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted in live play, it is binding regardless of subsequent events. Players using live betting features are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is sufficient to place bets in a timely manner. fomo7 accepts no liability for bets not placed, or placed incorrectly, due to connection issues on the player's side.

7 Jackpot Slots and Casino Games

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games and jackpot slots on fomo7 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The RNG produces outcomes that are statistically independent on every game round — the result of a previous spin has no effect on the result of the next. fomo7 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The Return to Player percentage for each game available on fomo7 is published in the game's information panel and represents the theoretical long-run payout rate. RTP is calculated across millions of game rounds and does not represent the expected return in any individual session. Individual session results can vary significantly from the stated RTP in both directions.

7.3 Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot prizes shown on fomo7 represent the current prize pool value. These values are updated in real time. To be eligible for a progressive jackpot, players must meet the minimum qualifying bet specified in the game's rules. fomo7 will credit jackpot wins to the player's account following verification of the win. For jackpot wins above Rs 5,00,000, identity verification must be completed before the prize is released.

7.4 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome may be voided. Where a game round result was determined by the RNG before the disconnection, the result will stand if it can be verified from server logs. Where the round outcome cannot be verified, the round will be voided and the stake returned. "Malfunction voids all pays" applies in cases where the outcome cannot be authenticated.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fomo7 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited conduct:

• Opening more than one fomo7 account or assisting any other person to open multiple accounts.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or withdraw funds without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in fomo7's platform for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to place bets on fomo7.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other game where collusion affects fair play.
• Abusing bonus offers through the methods described in Section 5.4 of these Terms.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through fomo7.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fomo7 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access fomo7's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorisation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 fomo7's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

fomo7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, account security concerns, or any other reason fomo7 considers necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its players.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request to close their fomo7 account at any time by contacting customer support. If you have a remaining balance at the time of closure request, fomo7 will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes are handled separately — see Section 10.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

A fomo7 account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months is considered dormant. fomo7 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. Where a dormant account carries a positive balance, fomo7 will make reasonable efforts to return the funds to the account holder through the registered payment method.

10 Responsible Gaming

fomo7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. fomo7 provides the following responsible gaming tools to every registered player through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you add to your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. fomo7 will prevent further betting once the loss limit is reached within the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be reminded to take a break or automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from fomo7 for a defined period of your choosing. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets, but your account remains open.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from fomo7 for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion is applied immediately, cannot be reversed within the exclusion period, and prevents all betting activity on fomo7.

• fomo7 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment details submitted to fomo7 are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. Full card numbers and wallet credentials are not stored in a retrievable format by fomo7.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fomo7's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fomo7 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or revenue arising from any interruption to, or unavailability of, the platform.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on the player's side that result in bets not being placed or being placed incorrectly.
• Any delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking institutions.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from use of fomo7.
• Any unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain password security.

13 Amendments to These Terms

fomo7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fomo7 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes — such as clarifications of existing clauses, grammatical corrections, or updates that do not affect player rights or obligations — may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms is always available at fomo7.run/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version was published. Your continued use of fomo7 after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using fomo7 and request account closure.
